Canadus Power Systems, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, produces the patented Canadus battery energizers for a variety of lead-acid batteries including: motive power batteries to operate lift trucks, emergency vehicles, class-8 over-the-road trucks; construction and mining equipment, golf carts, electric vehicles, and stationary power units; and marine batteries for commercial and recreational power and sail boats. Canadus Power Systems' ongoing research and development program currently is expanding to focus on additional advances in energizing technology for lead-acid batteries and also other rechargeable battery systems.
Canadus Power Systems is a division of Canadus Technologies, LLC ( CT ). CT businesses are dedicated to resource conservation and recovery, battery maintenance and conditioning, and the introduction and commercialization of innovative process and product technologies. Sister companies include ECS Refining, a recycling company in the Silicon Valley servicing electronics manufacturers, ECS Texas, a national recycler of tin, lead, copper and precious metals, and Canadus Chemical, a development stage company with proprietary technology focused on the recovery of high-purity zinc oxide from zinc-bearing industrial wastes and residues.
